Improve site - PHP7 , Symfony4 - MySQL 8

Good afternoon! The samizdat site needs to be finalized and further supported by the layout designer and backend developer in one person.

Necessary knowledge for work:
- PHP7 Symfony4
- MySQL 8
- JS. Webpack is used for assembly, automated
- Docker. Needed to deploy an on-premises development environment. Just 2 commands: raise and stop
- Git
- Deploy on prod automated. The site is ready for 80% Price negotiable!
