Improve the functionality of the site on WP

Good afternoon! It is necessary to finalize the site on WP to:
1) Registered user could enter only from 3 unique IP addresses
2) The administrator could see these IPs for each user and manually could delete the IP address so that the registered user could log in from the new IP
