Improvements of the Open-Source solution Ckan

A FrontEnd part-time developer is needed to improve Ckans open-source solution: ckan.org/
Improvements are needed in terms of localization of the solution into Russian, changing the logo and design on some pages, adding UI in JavaScript for new features, as well as integration with existing plugins.
The price is hourly by agreement. More interesting is long-term cooperation, from 3 months.
