Improvements of the site on CMS October (Laravel)

Given:
Old site: http://avtomaxi.pro/ (we dont touch it)
New site: https://dev.avtomaxi.pro/ (we work on it)

The work on stretching the layout and performing improvements related to the new functionality was transferred to a weak performer. The site murmured for two months, as a result, the revisions were closed only partially, and the layout was stretched crookedly, with a conflict of styles.

Have to:
1. Fix the logic of the filter in the https://prnt.sc/jfCvKp4exN-g directory (or disable it altogether, if it is difficult to take a long time)
2. Fix the authorization error in the personal account (previously worked OK, the previous proger broke)
3. The layout is 90% ready, forgot to make up the page of the basket and personal account. Layout from figma, screenshot: https://prnt.sc/zhAVbB8AuB87, https://prnt.sc/_HKtm2DCnwBW, access to figma ladies later.
4. Fix crooked layout errors.
