Improvements to the site on CS Cart

Hello.
When you enter the personal account of the online store on CS Cart by login and password, a white screen appears. Tried from different computers and different accounts, the same thing comes out. If you reset the cache, it works. But if you try to go to your personal account, then again the white screen comes out.
