Installing and Configuring a Web Server on Centos

What we have.
1 – there is a web server in the DC on centos-7 with isPLite 5 lite panel.
2 – there is a need to transfer all the information to a temporary server, which is in the office. (dedicated IP is available)
3 - since in the office there is a temporary machine on the Ryzen 5600G, only the centos-8 Stream stands up.

Have to:
1 – install the system (KVM with voice control :) is our admin, but it is far from the correct installation of Centos)
2 – configure the network (the server connects instead of the router).
3 – configure the ISPLite 5 panel and the web server as a whole. (Yes, I know ISP5 is no longer supported, but it still works and is accustomed to it by customers to whom it is provided for free)
4 – transfer sites from the old server (about 100 pcs.).

Features.
In a couple of months, they will be able to take the main server from the DC to the office and it will be necessary to launch it instead of the temporary one. That is, all information will have to be transferred from temporary to it along with SSD disks.
