Installing reCaptcha v3 for website testing

Working on a corporate website based on 1C-Bitrix, you must install reCaptcha v3 from the rumble. At the moment the site uses integrated captcha from Bitrix, which passes, probably all spam. You also need to do mandatory testing on Git or equivalent before adding captcha to a working website. The website is written in PHP.
