Integration of telephony and Bitrix
It is necessary to pick up the integration of call notifications on the Bitrix side.
We work through a standard integration plugin, but it does not transmit all the data. A lead is created and a conversation recording is pinned, but we need to pass a lot of metadata beyond that. And the plugin cant do that.
Accordingly, you need a person with straight arms who can help you quickly complete it. Probably do this as a separate process, and leave the plugin.
