You need to implement an auto-response (1 template) for new messages in Avito and Yula on the API.
If the interlocutor left the phone number, then get it and pass it to crM, at HTTP POST - request. Just a phone number. I implement the request myself.
It is enough to implement a script that will run on a schedule (Cron) every 5 minutes. For example, in PHP or other script languages.
