Laravel Advice

There is a site that works for CMS Bitrix. Problems: page download speed, inconvenience of placing content in the Admin interface for editors, lack of multilingual support.

An alternative to using another CMS is being considered.

I would like to get advice from developers about the deployment of the site on the basis of the framework PHP Laravel.

There is an understanding that the task here is not to move the site, but to create it on the basis of the framework PHP Laravel. I would like to get after consultation not only understanding that the tasks in general can be solved on Laravel, but also the strategy and methods of solving them.

So, what tasks should be solved?

1. Mobile First layout.
2. Fast speed of issuing the site. Matching the high-performance PageSpeed Insight tool by Google.
3. Having a convenient admin for the editors of the site:
3.1. Fields to fill SEO meta tags (Title, Description, Keywords), the ability to edit url slug.
3.1. Implementing the filling of content pages with a block method with the help of designers, similar to c Elementor or Tilda.
3.2. The save function created a group of designer elements into a separate template for further use on another page.
3.3 Using WYSIWYG Editor
4. Organizing the sub-sites of regional offices, taking into account their correct language identification. Use the hreflang attribute. A system of similar pages of the same group.
5. Implementing the function of choosing a language on the site if necessary for a given subsite.
6. Deploy the GEO IP definition tool using third-party services or plug-ins.
7. Organize static contact pages for regional offices instead of forming them dynamically on an existing site and follow this principle for other ROS.

8. Organize a section of publications on the site:
Apply the requirements of 3.1.
- publish articles using an editor - see page 3.1.
The possibility of forming categories for publications.
- organizing a section with individual pages of authors profiles. Information about the author on the profile page is formed in the editor (see p. 3.1). Conclusion of the authors latest published articles.
- output of "about the author" blocks on the publication page with a link to their profile.

These are, of course, not TK, but basic tasks to be solved. I am ready to listen to questions on each item and give explanatory answers to them in order to be clear.
