Layout and programming of the calculator

Given:

Layout PSD with all layers and groups
- Detailed 25-page TK

Should:

Design and program web calculator. No complicated calculations, however, the project is complex and quite large. Time for its implementation – 3-4 weeks until alpha 4 or 5 to the beta. Ie will need to start immediately.

From you:

- Experience in web development including projects with complex architecture
- Ability to work in team with an external coder (not sure what zaprogrammirovat and will be able to make up 1 people: only needed a clean and modern layout, with a lot of work on the programming, the people who do both equally well – met extremely seldom).
- Involvement in the project from day one until the day of completion (presumably the project will take 2-4 weeks)
- Constant communication
