Link Google Forms and Grafana Metrics

Good afternoon
It is necessary to create a system based on Google Forms and Grafana that would collect data from different employees of the company (enter themselves or someone in the Forms) and visually display them in the form of a graph in Grafana.
That it would be possible to customize the output of these graphs, combine them and conduct an analysis of the effectiveness on their basis.
