Looking for a full stack developer on the project

Project: A medical information system that consists of several interconnected software systems that automate the collection, processing and storage processes of information in all medical services in many regions of the country.
Purpose: Support health and develop new modules of the medical information system.
Requirements:
Technology stack: Beck - PHP, front - ExtJS. The system is largely free of third-party libraries and frameworks. Working simultaneously with two databases: MS and PG, the bases are themselves distributed and with a large number of stored objects. It is desirable to have experience with the docker.
Additional comments: There are currently old and new versions of the interfaces. Front-facing tasks will also focus on the development of new interfaces (ExtJS 6) and support for old ones (ExtJS 2)
Friends, we all know that the process of onboarding on large projects (and ours is exactly such: large and complex ) takes quite a long time. We are looking for a developer for a period of at least a year.
