Looking for an expert Magento

For project work (major online store) for a permanent long-term remote work looking for a specialist well-versed in Magento to execute simple tasks with the accompanying training.

UPD: need programmer familiar with Magento 1.9. Typical tasks of the project (example): the organization custom sort products, debugging functionality, registration/authorization/login with social. networks and etc.
