Looking for specialists in mail (spam)

Regularly send the same letter with the domain mail to Yandex and mail, the emails go to spam. Use proxy, change the text and links in emails – lately doesnt help.
Need help setting up from those encounters regularly and in the subject line.

TK is missing, because there is no understanding of what to do. The price tag is as well under discussion and depends on the work.
