Magento - error migration from 1.9 to 2,3

Hello all, after migration fell settings default-site

Now everything crashes with this error

# /opt/plesk/php/7.3/bin/php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f

Using quick Deploy strategy

In StoreRepository.php line 112:

The store that was requested wasnt found. Verify the store and try again.

ALL of the options that was on stackexchange I tried - did not help.
