Make it possible to delete an account on the WP site

We have a website - a city portal on WP. Registered users have their own personal account (profile). You need to implement the "account deletion" functionality.

Your personal profile should have a "delete account" button. When you click on it, a request is formed to add an account to the archive (that is, we do not delete it in our database, but simply throw it in the trash). For deletion, the user must confirm the request via email (a letter with a link for confirmation flies to the mail specified during registration). In the admin panel in the "Users" tab, the corresponding status "moved to the archive" should appear in the user table. The moderator should be able to restore the account from the archive at any time.
