Message Gateway Management Script (PHP/C#/Python)

The task is to develop or upgrade the current version (in PHP): a service for managing and monitoring message sending gateways.

1) Adding accounts: add account information to the local database and to the gateway server via API request.
2) Display of all registered accounts and information about them as in the screenshot.
3) Support for three different message gateways. Each has its own API, but all the necessary methods for solving the problem are available.
4) Connecting WhatsApp accounts to the gateway (generating a link to the user manual page).
5) Sending test messages
6) Deleting accounts
7) Search for messages by phone number

The code must be documented.
