Mini freelance platform

Good afternoon!

Looking for a person to create a small platform for exchanging services.

Logic is like a freelancing, but its much simpler.

Briefly:

There is a profile of the customer, the executor and the administrator. The customer places an ad where the object parameters are specified. The executor can search for orders, filter by region, price, mind works, bet on the project indicating price and comment.
The performer will also have a simple calendar where he will be able to specify some terms of work on the objects

There is a small site where basic services, firms, contacts and feedback form will be shown

The site and the admin will be made based on the html template.
