Modification of the site on WordPress

The site is made on WordPress. It has a custom 3-step order form. The task consists of several subtasks:

1. Send users after filling out the form for acquiring Alfa-Bank
2. Write user requests to the database and display their data in the admin panel in the "Applications" section
3. Generate a ticket (there is a ticket form in jpeg, pptx, pdf). On the ticket we write its number, user data.
4. Form a link to this ticket and, together with the link, transfer the data from the application to AMO CRM.

The screenshots show the order form.

Probably, the form can be associated with Woocommerce, which will simplify the work on subtasks.
