Modifications of the site on Bitrix

Good evening. I am looking for a programmer to improve the site on Bitrix. It is necessary to close both the layout and the coding of the project. Ideally, if in addition to Bitrix you work with other CMS, you calmly understand someone elses code.

Improvements: from redoing the "Contacts" section, adding a new block on the site to changing the logic, calculators, etc.
