Modify an online store on WordPress

We are looking for a developer to finalize the site on WordPress of the tea club: https://guru-tea.store/. The main goal is to improve the user experience and functionality of the online store. The technical specification and updated design will be provided (they are not available yet). The admin panel on WP is already configured. The following tasks are required:

* Add the ability to choose the delivery method and the buyers comment indicating the pick-up point or address.

* Connect the widget to automatically calculate free delivery from a specified amount.

* Improve category search by adding filters by tea types, flavors, and tableware.

* Highlight new products, promotions, and limited-edition items.

* Set default filtering by product availability.

* Replace the color palette of the entire site: white background, other elements accordingly.

* Adapt the site to the mobile version.

* Make up blocks: a block with customer reviews on the page of each product, a block about tea, its history, a block about registration in the loyalty system for guests of the tea shop, a block with a B2B application form, a blog block.
