is displayed in the "new reviews" and "last comments" blocks for the writer. Other visitors to the site see

This is. When deleting a comment or review written by a user, the site forgets his IP and cookies, ceases to follow. Also, if you go through a direct link to an unappealed review, the site remembers the visited user and he becomes visible to this review in the general list, i.e. the site thinks that he left this review.

So, this system works only with ipv-4-addresses, when using ipv-6-addresses, pachets partially - everything should work with both types of addresses.

If you leave a comment and then delete it in the admin panel so that it is moved to the deleted folder, it will not be visible on the feedback page, but will be visible in the "recent comments" block, it will disappear from there only if it is finally deleted from the recycle bin, it needs to be corrected. If a comment is in the Trash, it does not appear on the site, if you restore it, it begins to appear to the writer.

In the attachment of template files and plugins that previously ruled, look at them to understand whether you can do this task, if you can, write in the application - READ (if you write something else in the application - I do not consider it).
