Need a programmer to create cross-browser applications

Hi all, need to create an application for iOS and for Android
App 22x attractions.
This app is used to inform the user about the history of the sights. Each location has coordinates, it is desirable that these places were linked to the coordinates of a mobile phone and has determined that the user is near the object.
Now the database will be 22 sites.
each of the attractions will be :
1) Decent room, which will receive information regarding this unit
2) Photos (2 or 3, it is possible to make gallery)
3) Short text
4) Video (will be stored in the application itself).


It is desirable to develop on cross-browser platform. xamarin etc.
The app will have 3 tabs
1) Search , when entering a tab, you can enter the object number and click find, then the information on the object
2) Map ( query a bit, you can connect Google Maps), where it will display all points and the location of the person
3) List all points (TableView)
