Need to extract SVG animation from the site

The task of transferring the site to webflow is carried out, so it was necessary to extract the animation from the old site.

in the code two svg - the building and the inscription "CMN."
Svg itself is not difficult to extract, but it is static vector pictures.
Im not good at js so I dont quite understand what part of the page code animates them.

Task:
You either need to extract and convert the animation into a lottie file so that it can be safely inserted into the webflow by standard means - this solution will suit me perfectly.

The second option of the solution, which I will also quite suit, is to extract the js script that animates these svg, and provide instructions on how to integrate it into the webflow.

The budget is unfortunately quite limited.
