Need to finalize the website on WP

Need to finalize the website on WP . One performer took and could not bring the case to the end, are missing. Have a design which requires bringing to a normal state. And you need to do the software part. Prepaid does not work. As experience with this site showed the sad results in the work plan prepaid.
