Obtain data via the api from the service of the Russian post

the Task is to write a script in PHP which retrieves data about the Mail of Russia in the number of departure RPO.

Service description:

The interface is not required, the RPO is defined by the variable $rpo, the script it sends an IPA to the service address, in response, receives the CML, which must be turned into an array and display in table format.
