Opencart - Bug with authorization in the exchange with 1C

After transferring the website to another server, is not working exchange data with 1C site.
Need to fix the authorization error in the module exchange with 1C.

On the old server working at a new exact same copy, a clone, does not work.

Here such error in logs:
