Opencart Module functionality and delivery of work orders

Need to write a delivery extension and add the functionality of work orders.

1. The delivery module.
Need to write a module to which you can add different shipping options, such as sea, air. These shipping options must be specified for each product atdell and counting the total amount of shipping will depend on what kind of delivery we have chosen for a particular product.
