Ovekon Service

Have a website http://ovekon-servis.com.ua. After restoring from a backup, you cannot log in admin panel or on the item card -error. Changing the wp_memory_limit in wp_config didn't give any result. They're hosting says that the problem in the WordPress or some plugin and want to help the programmer. Looking for someone who can overcome this problem.
