Parsing xml data and pdf to Google Spreadsheet

Have several xml files or pdf. Should:
1. Parse data from files in google spreadsheet (name, TIN, name, address, area, m2)
2. To add to the table to addresses in zip codes with site indexes of the Russian Federation
3. To add a table to the addresses in the table of links on Yandex-map
