Parsing xml data to Google Spreadsheet

Have several zip files with xml files inside. Should:
1. Download all zip files into the program and upload the xml back in the pdf format
2. Parse data from xml to google spreadsheet (name, TIN, name, address, area, m2)
3. Add to t
