Payment on the site does not pass

Clients tried to pay for me from the Emirates through the site but the payment did not go through, I contacted Sberbank, I have a gateway from them, the Emirates are connected but the payment does not go through. They say that there are no problems on their part, payment passes from America, but not from the Emirates. Heres a screenshot
