PHP Developer on Yii2

Good afternoon!

We are looking for a PHP developer in Yii2, who will make a backend for a mobile application. The functionality is as follows:
1. Receiving a request for authorization, and sending an SMS with a code
2. Authorization by code from SMS, token issuance. Other methods to authorize through Bearer
3. Rest APIs should work in JSON format. There are about 10 methods themselves. All only on the issuance of data to the application.
4. You need to make an integration with Megaplan, from there upload data on user contracts.
