PHP Go: site refinement and api

Needs to be refined
- The site is on Laravel - everything is pretty standard on the site, plus there is an interface with payment systems and internal API.
- Api on Go, high-load cluster, work with financial data.

What is needed is one senior developer who is well versed in both languages. It also needs to be refined in Javascript (jQuery) and a bit of layout.
