[PHP] Modifying the script to upload photos

There is a php script to upload photos (pass code). It works, it loads the selected picture into the folder.
What to do: to photograph the first cut to the size of 150x150 (this is not a dumb resize, and smart) and then saved in the destination folder. Work for 5 minutes for the pros. The deadline to do during the day.
