PHP programmer with Wordpress experience

I am looking for a PHP programmer with experience in Wordpress for a permanent stay remotely or in an office in St. Petersburg. Experience in writing wordpress plugins is desirable. The main work will be to support and expand the functionality of the existing plugin.
