PHP programmer, working on projects with the framework (remotely 2 hours a day training)

Hello, dear freelancers!

The team is looking for a programmer to work on client sites and my own projects.
From us – appropriate and interesting tasks, career growth and timely payment.
For candidates without experience training provided.
The ability to incrementally increase the number of hours a day.

Questions for the candidate:
1. Tell us about yourself and professional experience.
Which websites did on any of the engines. Was the experience of writing projects from scratch.
2. How you see yourself 2-3 years of work in the company? How would You like to develop, to increase the number of hours?
3. What s/n do You expect the condition of employment 2 hours a day, 5 days a week?

Will have to work with:
1. The Symfony Framework.
2. The JS code. A bit with the layout, so you need to understand its principles, the BEM methodology.
3. Database MySQL, Postgres, ClickHouse. Doctrine ORM.
