php programmer (Yii2, Laravel, Postgres, MySql, Redis, Docker)

We need help on two projects. I would like to move from partial work to long-term work with registration in the staff.
1. Yii2 Postgres
2. Laravel MySql
The experience with Docker is extremely desirable.

Before you complete, you will need to do 1 or 2 test tasks for a couple of hours each.

The budget is approximate, we agree. We are targeting 600r/h.
