PHP Yii2 - Set up logs for backend

There is a small neat program on Yii2 (backend).
The program sends and receives messages from Rabbit M.
You need to add logs to it for the convenience of debugging.

Requirements:
- The ability to adjust the level of log detail through a configuration file
