Plugin sound notifications for Xenforo 2

Need a plugin for froome on the engine xenforo2 that rialtaym will be to inform users about new messages or notifications on the website.
To the plugin the following requirements:
- work in rialtaym
- the ability for users to enable or disable it in account settings
- set your sound for notifications.

In fact, the plugin should work as push notifications, but push notifications will be sent to the browser, but rather on the computer, and they need to give permission in the browser and in our case we need a plugin, for which you will not need to give permission in the browser and it will simply sound to alert you to new messages or notifications.
