Problems with the list of warehouses New Mail and VPN (Opencart)

Problems that need to be fixed.

1) You need to correct the appearance of the drop list of new mail offices. If the list is large, it is not possible to use it (for example, the city of Kiev). Scroll on the right when hovering over it constantly jumps. You need to fix the problem with the scrol, set a fixed block size (the size well discuss) Add the search bar in the -Select2 list.

2) The warehouse number is not selected on the mobile phone.

3) Fix Bug with a VPN. If youre worth a VPN or a Proxy from another country, you wont see the city. Instead of cities, its empty. The design page should display the cities of Ukraine regardless of the users country.
