Professionally test the layout

Need a professional tester, 17 layouts responsive layout.

Have PSD, jpg, TK.
IE8 , the latest Win and Mac browsers, Iphone, Android.

Tests are needed on real hardware, not emulators.
The google report in excel with the problem description , browser version, screenshot or video screenshot and description how to model.

Also need after edits to check that everything is OK, to a victorious result.
