Programmer 1C Bitrix to perform tasks

Good afternoon. We need a specialist, a bitrix developer. Not only who knows how to program, but also understands the product line and knows how to use them. The level, I think, is mid. For our part, we offer an hourly payment at a rate of 1500 rubles per hour including analysis. Loading is planned at the beginning at the level of 40-50 hours per month, further possible increase.
