Programmer for Bitrix site improvements

Good day!

Need promptly to finalize the website futbolka.ua TK (in attachment).

A brief list of improvements:

1. Changes in the structure menu of the site.
2. Changing the structure and functionality of the current site.
3. The creation of new pages.
4. Add and fix functionality of the site.

Please, in your answers/comments indicate the following information:
- whether all that is indicated in the TOR to implement on Bitrix (not that you can, but in a different way);
- timing improvements;
- the cost of adaptation;
- how quickly can start working;
- terms and conditions/payment.
