Project Manager for Freelance Exchange Development

I am looking for a project manager to manage the development of a large greenfield project - freelance exchange with a hybrid model for involving employees of the client company.

Now there are:
- Design concept
- Draft layouts – 35 pages
- Sitemap
- Landing prototype
- Design team and senior full-stack developer

What you need to do:
- Writing User Stories on Jira
- Selection of other team members
- Agile project management
- Performing the function of Scrum Master
- Monitor the time and financial indicators of the project

Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of English
- Skills in Product Design
- Experience in conducting similar IT projects
