"Unpack" the contents of the cell (MySQL, Java, Delphi)

There is a table in the DB MySQL, the contents of the column DATA (presumably) compressed with zlib.
The structure of the uncompressed data is known.

You must raspakovatj and to bring to the table, this must be done in Delphi.
