Redo the site php react

There is a working site, part of the functionality is on the domain, part on the subdomain, the backend is implemented on the laravel frontend partially on laravel partly on React

What is needed.

1) Pull on the site a new design
2) Merge domain and subdomain
3) Frontend which in PHP to remake on React

All the sources are available, and unfortunately there will be no new design in the figma of access to the admin panel of the current site.

Term - a couple of weeks
