Refinement and maintenance of the site on Laravel

We are looking for a specialist for technical support of the site on laravel
Tasks:
1. Adding content to the site (creating new blocks/pages)
2. Editing published information (changing/deleting)
3. Editing the layout of the site (if necessary)
4. Checking the security of the site and carrying out preventive procedures

The cost is negotiable after discussing the tasks and the project. Payment for the hours spent (piecework).
