Refinement of the admin and database of the aggregator site

The site-aggregator of medical subjects (search and record to doctors), at the moment pulls on API information (by doctors and clinics) from another aggregator.
Stack: laravel react (with inertia library.js), DB - redis, sphinx for search, admin - Nova.

Need:
1. Add the ability to edit the pages of doctors and clinics in the admin site.
2. Add the ability to add new pages of doctors and clinics to the admin site.
Changes and additions need to be made in separate "tables" to avoid problems when updating API data.

If the stack of technologies is familiar and ready to take on the project - I will provide more information.

We will need periodic edits and refinements on the site, so aim to find a permanent executor.
The budget is ready to be discussed.
